Get ready for a week packed with Ragin' Cajun pride as Homecoming 2020 takes over campus.

Homecoming Week: October 11-17, 2020

Beginning Sunday, Oct. 11, UL Lafayette, the University Program Council and the UL Alumni Association will host events all week long, ending with the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns squaring off against the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers at Cajun Field on Saturday, Oct. 17.

All of the following events are open to the public, and we invite all of Lafayette and south Louisiana to share in our school pride.

Sunday, Oct. 11

10 a.m.
Homecoming Mass & Reception at Our Lady of Wisdom | A celebration of our Homecoming court and an official mass.1 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Paint Your Pride Window Painting | Student organizations and UPC give the Student Union a splash of color.

4 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Ragin' Rock 'n' Bowl | Kick off Homecoming Week at the inaugural Ragin' Rock 'n' Bowl. Includes bowling, food, and music from Geno Delafose. Register online.

Monday, Oct. 12

10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Homecoming Block Party | Homecoming is taking over St. Mary Boulevard! Shop with Red Dot Discount businesses and grab lunch from local businesses and food trucks.

Tuesday, Oct. 13

8 a.m.
Paint the Town Red - Schools | Schools across Acadiana show their spirit for the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Wednesday, Oct. 14

9 a.m.
Paint the Town Red - Businesses | Businesses in Acadiana show their Ragin' Cajuns pride in this annual tradition! Sign up for your business.

Thursday, Oct. 15

7 p.m.
Yell Like Hell on the Student Union Porch | Students bring the noise in a big way at this Homecoming Pep Rally. Catch the spirit at this night of music, performance, and Ragin' Cajuns fun.

Friday, Oct. 16

8 a.m.
Homecoming Tennis Tournament | Sign up for our mixed-doubles tournament at Red Lerille's.

8 a.m.
Bill Bass Open Golf Tournament | Join alumni and current and former UL Lafayette student-athletes for a four-person scramble golf tournament.

5:30 p.m.
Young Alumni Downtown Alive Social | Kick off Homecoming Weekend at Downtown Alive! Enjoy live music and drink specials.

5:30 p.m.
Golden Ambassador Society Dinner | Open to all graduates who have celebrated their 50th graduating class reunion at the University.

7 p.m.
NPHC Greek Expo at the Cajundome Convention Center | Watch the NPHC fraternities and sororities strut at the step show.

Saturday, Oct. 17

9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Open House at the Alumni Center | Stop by before the parade and connect with fellow alumni.

10 a.m.
Homecoming Parade | Ragin' Cajun spirit is on the move as our students, alumni, and fans watch the parade roll down Johnston St. and St. Mary Blvd. Begins at Blackham Coliseum and ends by the Alumni Center.

10 a.m.
Cajun Field ticket office opens | Purchase tickets at Cajun Field's LHC Gate C and at the main ticket booth at State Farm Gate A.

1 p.m.
Tailgating at Cajun Field | Your chance to get pumped for the game. Alumni tailgating tent is set up outside Russo Park.

1:30 p.m.
Cajun Walk down Reinhardt Drive | Bring your ragin' spirit and wish the team good luck before the big game.

2:30 p.m.
Cajun Field gates open | Stop by the Ragin' Cajuns apparel outlet inside Cajun Field before heading to your seat.

3 p.m.
Band begins Ragin' March along Stadium Way | Join the Pride of Acadiana Marching Band in the fight song and the classic "R-E-S-P-E-C-T."

3 p.m.
The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns football team begins on-field warm-ups.

3:45 p.m.
Pride of Acadiana Marching Band's pregame performance | Arrive early, wear red, get LOUD, and stay late!

4 p.m.
Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns vs. Coastal Carolina Chanticleers at Cajun Field | Tickets required. GET TICKETS »

8 p.m.
Christiana Smith "Sweet Sounds of Sharing" at the Alumni Center | The Christiana Smith African American Alumni Chapter celebrates this year's honorees. Pre-registration is encouraged.
