* 3 days includes two half days and one full day.
Additional Fees:
Security Services: Security Fees are not included in above prices and paid separate to the University Police ($75/hour).
Security is necessary:
1) Events over 100 guests
2) Any alcohol is served-regardless of the number of guests in attendance.
Additional parking: The Alumni Center utilizes a parking lot in the rear of the center. If additional parking is needed on the campus, fees may apply to utilize those lots with the Office of Parking and Transit.
Additional Access: If additional hours are needed for pre-event or post-event set up/tear down for a three day rental, a $500 per hour charge will be added.
Tablecloth Linens: Available upon availability at a charge of $5 per linen.
Additional Custodial Services: If the facilitiy is not returned to proper order and/or trash properly disposed of after the event, an additional custodial service fee will be added. Fee depends on the status of the venue upon evaluation by staff.
The Alumni Association reserves the right to alter the prices at their own discretion in relation to the service provided and event details.
