Jennifer is the executive director of the Alumni Association and University Engagement. She is responsible for the long-range, strategic vision of the Alumni Association and Department of Alumni Affairs along with the overall administration of the department focusing on relationship building, fundraising, volunteer recruitment and fulfillment of the Association’s mission.
John Claude Arceneaux
Associate Director of Outreach & Special Programs
John Claude is responsible for overseeing the Alumni Chapters and Ragin’ Cajun Clubs. He is also in charge of any local or out-of-state events that are co-sponsored with Ragin’ Cajun Athletics. Along with these duties, he facilitates alumni travel programs, alumni tailgating, and serves as event support when needed.
Director of Special Events
Catherine is the head of University Events Management and facilitates all events hosted by the President’s Office. Some of these events include the Top Scholars Banquet, Honors Convocation, Night of Remembrance, Employee Orientation, and the Employee Holiday Luncheon. She is also in charge of facilitating the President’s Suite for all football and baseball games.

Angelle Pearce, M.S.
Assistant Director of Special Events
Angelle is in charge of all major events for the UL Lafayette Foundation including Distinguished Donors and the Eminent Faculty Awards. She is also in charge of facilitating Bingo & Bubbly, Camellia Tea, Spring Gala, and Heritage Society. Angelle also serves as event support when needed.
Assistant Director of Outreach, Special Programs & Sponsorships
Tucker is responsible for managing all sponsorships for Alumni Association events and manages all events for Alumni Homecoming. Other events that he facilitates are the Outstanding Graduate Reception, Black Alumni Reunion, Golden Reunion, and other specialty reunions. Tucker also offers club and chapter support as well as event support.
Senior Director of Alumni Facilities and Special Projects
Dan is responsible for managing the Alumni Center property, including facilitating rentals and maintenance of the property. Dan is also responsible for special one-off events, including Art of Giving. He also serves as event support when needed.
Special Events Coordinator
Kayla is responsible for several projects including being the AFA advisor, the Red Dot Program facilitator, and volunteer management. She also facilitates Spring Gala silent and live auctions, Grad Expo, Ring Ceremony, Soul Camp Lunch, and Loyalty Fund Holiday Socials. Kayla also manages tailgate check-in and its logistics.
Special Events Coordinator
Katie is responsible for facilitating all development and college events. She also serves as the lead for the annual Spring Gala and as event support when needed.
Monica manages the day-to-day operations of the Alumni Center along with the clerical needs of the office. She answers incoming calls, supervises student workers, and provides support for the Assistant Directors who organize special events, Spring Gala, Homecoming, reunions, and fan travel. She also oversees the office supply inventory and branded items inventory.
Special Projects Coordinator
Tammy is responsible for facilitating the Outstanding Graduate and Alumni Scholarship application process. She also is in charge of the Alumni ballot process and Alumni Council management. Tammy serves as the Red Jacket Coordinator and event support when needed.
