Jennifer C. LeMeunier
Jennifer is responsible for the long-range, strategic vision of the Alumni Association and Department of Alumni Affairs along with the overall administration of the department focusing on relationship building, fundraising, volunteer recruitment and fulfillment of the Association’s mission. Jennifer’s duties include coordinating activities of the Alumni Council and Board, supervising the year-round calendar of alumni engagement both on and off campus, overseeing the implementation of the Alumni Association’s scholarship and recognition programs, as well as maintaining fiscal stability through budget preparation. Jennifer also works with faculty and staff looking for ways for the Alumni Association to collaborate on academic and athletic fronts.
John Claude Arceneaux
Assistant Director of Outreach
John Claude is responsible for outreach efforts including programs, special events, and services aimed at serving alumni in geographic areas and those associated with various constituency groups. This includes overseeing the Alumni Association’s clubs and chapters, helping organize athletic support activities (home game tailgating, road trips, bowl/post-season activities, watch parties, etc.) and the organization, promotion and implementation of alumni travel programs.
Assistant Director of Programs
Catherine is responsible for special events and programs aimed at engaging alumni. Catherine plans the Alumni Association’s homecoming activities with the assistance of volunteers and coordinates Spring Gala, the Association’s annual event that recognizes a community leader and raises funds for Alumni Center facilities, and assists with sponsorships and certain other aspects of the event. Catherine organizes and executes each semester’s Grad Expo and works closely with the Vice President for Enrollment Management on the University’s official ring program, including promotion of ring sales, planning and execution of the official ring ceremony, etc.
Assistant Director of Communications
Erica is responsible for the marketing and online presence of the Alumni Association. She handles the Association’s social media, website, and Alumni Accents newsletter. She works closely with other alumni staff and the Alumni Council to brand the Association and effectively market membership, fundraising activities and alumni programs and special events. Erica also works closely with Advancement Services regarding data, mass emails, etc.
Assistant Director of Fundraising
Tucker is responsible for the planning and execution of the Alumni Association's annual membership drive, the Loyalty Fund, as well as all other fundraising activities. He is responsible for the Association’s affinity partnerships, sponsorships and membership benefit programs. He works closely with the Director of Development and other development officers in the cultivation and solicitation of donations to or on behalf of the Alumni Association and University, including special campaigns (i.e., scholarship, athletics, Walk of Honor, etc.).
Senior Director of Alumni Facilities and Special Projects
Dan is responsible for managing Alumni Association facilities by overseeing the maintenance of the Alumni Center and grounds and assisting and coordinating donor cultivation/stewardship for fundraising events and donor receptions for the Office of Development. Dan handles the promotion and booking of Alumni Center facilities and ensures proper set up in order to fulfill needs for booked events.
Budget Manager and Executive Assistant
Celeste manages the Alumni Association’s accounts, budgets, and financial transactions and oversees other high-level administrative functions, including record keeping, policies and procedures, etc., providing direct support to the Executive Director of the Alumni Association. Celeste handles the payment of all invoices, billing and depositing and recording receivables as necessary. She also assists with the Alumni Association’s annual awards programs and scholarship programs.
Monica manages the day-to-day operations of the Alumni Center along with the clerical needs of the office. She answers incoming calls, supervises student workers, and provides support for the Assistant Directors who organize special events, Spring Gala, Homecoming, reunions, fan travel, and deal with our clubs and chapters. Monica is the first contact most alumni will have when calling or visiting the office.
Special Projects Coordinator
Tammy is responsible for preplanning details of special events and programs hosted by the Alumni Association and works closely with Assistant Directors to determine and schedule the initial planning details for Alumni events such as date of event, venue for event, catering, security and decorating details, etc. She assists with identifying volunteers and coordinating of volunteer committees to prepare for committee planning meetings and assists with the Alumni Association’s annual awards programs and scholarship programs.
