Changes to come for Alumni Tailgating

Fall is approaching, and so is the upcoming Louisiana football season. The Alumni Association is in the midst of tailgate planning for its alumni and friends, and we want you to be aware of the following changes to our tailgate experience this year.

Admission & Payments

The Alumni Association wants its guests to have an enjoyable time and hopes the following information helps everyone come prepared for gameday, beginning with admission to the Hospitality Tent. Admission fees remain the same, except we will no longer accept cash or check payments. The following payments will be accepted:

• Credit or debit card
• Venmo
• PayPal
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

Admission for home tailgates is $15 per person. Loyalty Fund donors of $50 or more get in for free.

Check-In Process

We want check-in to be as seamless as possible for our guests. This season, check-in will take place in a separate tent before entering the main tent with your wristband.

To expedite check-in even further, we suggest that those who gain admission through a Loyalty Fund gift use their GeauxU app. To do so, make your gift before gameday online or by texting TAILGATE to 53-555. Once you are current, your member card can be accessed in your digital wallet in GeauxU. A staff member will scan your card and provide you with a wristband.

Strollers

We will have a new reserved area designated for strollers to eliminate crowding in the main tent.

The Alumni Association Hospitality Tent opens for every home game three hours before kickoff and is located along Reinhardt Drive in the Soccer/Track facility parking lot. We look forward to hosting our Ragin' Cajuns fans with drinks, cracklin', and jambalaya this season, beginning Saturday, September 3! You can see all of the upcoming tailgates on our event calendar.
